More cel-shading! (There'll be 14 of these, since these are actually for the Vice and Virtue "cards." You'll get bored of them, trust me. :)

This is Starscream, and he's actually pretty complex. There were three layers of shading in this instead of just one and also a layer of highlight, which I hadn't done before. Was fun. Too bad a lot of the detail is lost when they go on the Vice and Virtue cards. 'Tis why I keep the big images, too.

Wow. I'm seriously impressed with this one. Good job!
:iconnightyicons:
Thank you. I actually put a lot of work into this one. Starscream's worth it. Well, he thinks so, anyway. ;)

I really like how you used an "outer-space" background for this one; really drives home the fact that Starscream's a flier in more ways than one.

Shading looks really good, in my opinion. And I think you captured his best angle here. He looks pretty handsome.

*laughs*

Yes. He's a very pretty jet. ^_^ Terrible voice, though, lol.

Mmmm Starscream and his shiny cockpit. :D

Heh. Yeah, I guess that's what you get when part of you is made of glass, eh? Or whatever it is they make fighter jet canopies out of these days... The shiny was fun, though. Spent waaaaaaay too much time on that canopy, I'm afraid...

Sometimes it's terrible. Sometimes it's OK. It kinda depends on his mood, really. I think he gets screechy just to annoy people, personally. :)
:iconnightyicons:
Yeah, I have a Photoshop filter that automatically creates those backgrounds and other similarly glittery things. Click and voila! Instant star field or nebula or whatever glittery, sparkly thing you want. It's called Glitterato, although I think they should have called it Bling. :)

Anyway, I'm lazy that way with the backgrounds for these. Gradients, star fields, anything that I can do with a couple of mouse clicks. :)

Hey, it's a nice cockpit. I wouldn't mind examining it in closer detail. ^_~
