Prowl: Reason

So I have this crazy idea: Create "portraits" of all of the Transformers characters shown in the first three seasons of the original 80s cartoon in 1,000 square pixels. Each portrait includes a (usually greatly altered) screen capture image of the character (because I can't draw to save my life) and a word that, at least for me, describes the character in the portrait or at least a major aspect of him/her. (Because, let's face it, many of these characters were never well-developed.) Also, the "mood" of the idea should ideally be reflected in the overall feel of it. That's my mission. Whether or not I will succeed...remains to be seen.

Ahhhhhh, Prowl.... Some folks see him as a "logic machine" and that's what his official profile makes him out to be. I have a somewhat...er, different interpretation of him, myself, but I wanted this portrait to reflect his canon self, I guess. So, we used "reason" for him. I went with a mostly black and white color scheme not necessarily because Prowl himself is mostly black and white but because, "fuzzy logic" aside, logic and reasoning is largely black and white. I just added a few colors for "pop." This is my favorite of the early ones of these icons I did. Because....Well, because it's Prowl, for one thing. I adore him. But also because I think it's just pretty.
